I am a Food Science graduate from Makerere University in Uganda. My research focused on using photovoice for participatory assessment of peanut quality and safety along the value chain. I am seeking to be a Food Professional in a world-class organization where I can utilize my knowledge and skills in improving the Food industry of Uganda and then to the world. I am energetic and passionate about learning about the latest advancements in the Food industry for better equipment and future excellence.
