I am interested in research at the nexus of agriculture and environmental science, with a focus on sequestering and recycling leached nutrients. My MS research looked at integrating treatment wetlands into crop rotations, and my current PhD work aims to quantify the area of constructed wetlands needed to reduce nutrient and sediment loads in impaired ND watersheds.
