Bio:

My name is Mara Lind and I’m an Urban Forestry Major at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I’m very passionate about creating environmental change for future generations, and I believe the key to invoking this same passion in others lies in the communication of issues. I’ve always had an interest in writing and want to ground this interest in science journalism, bridging the gap between scientists and citizens.
