Title: U.S. – Argentina Opportunities for Collaboration

Speaker: Dr. Enrique Garcia Baumgartner

Abstract: Argentina has recently launched a strategic plan for 2030 aimed at modifying the country’s productive framework to improve social, economic, and environmental indicators. The Argentina 2030 Plan for Productive, Industrial and Technological Development provides a roadmap for economic and productive systems reform to support the transition towards a green and just regional economy. Enrique Garcia Baumgartner from BYONTEK will present initiatives within the private sector and opportunities to establish partnerships between UTIA/UTK and Argentine stakeholders. The presentation will be followed by a roundtable discussion to highlight how this partnership can benefit students and researchers from both countries.
